Each year, our summer season fills up earlier and earlier. Please see below as our unit usually sells out for the summer months.

On this page, you can find more detailed information as our summer reservations for 2010 come in. In addition, here is some information for our Winter, Spring and Fall Seasons.

Upper and lower availability for September, October and November 2010 -- Our fall season is wide open right now with most weekends having availability in the upper, lower or both. This is a good time to schedule your fall getaway.

We're open year-round so consider spring vacation with us. Spring is a quiet time in Ludington but beautiful as the colors begin to take shape. In the same way, the fall is a favorite time for many people to visit and see the dazzling colors of the leaves.

Getaway for a weekend -- or a week. We'd love to host you and you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing Ludington vacation.

4th of July Week -- Both RESERVED

Labor Day 2010 -- Both Available

Thanksgiving Weekend 2010 -- Both Available

Christmas Week 2010 -- Both Available

New Year's Eve 2010 -- Both Available

As of our last update (6/17/10), the following 2010 summer weeks are still available for rental in the lower unit:

June 24 to 27/28/29 (special summer weekend rental only available this weekend -- 3 Nights (Minimum): $475; 4 Nights: $600, 5 nights: $700)

August 9-15

August 30-September 6 (8 days/7 nights!)

September 7th onward

If you wish to combine both units into one large house, we can welcome your large group to Ludington. The following dates are still available to combine the units for our summer season 2010:
